Half Marathon Training, Day 12 & 13: 3 Mile Run + Cardio
The weather was perfect for running today (considering it’s the middle of February), so I ran my 3 miles outside! I took Dakota Joey with me for the first mile, even though he’s getting old and hasn’t run in awhile. He was slowing down a lot by the end, but he seems to be doing pretty good now and he’s not too stiff! I would love it if he could accompany me on a few more of my runs :)
Running outside definitely makes me remember why I like running so much… I just hope my knees don’t give me too much trouble this time around so I can continue to enjoy it!
Yesterday’s workout: 5 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the Stairmachine
