Half Marathon Training, Day 16: Cardio
Today’s workout was short and easy… just what I needed! My back has been hurting from running, so I decided to do a little bit of cardio with a short run instead of doing my full 3.5 mile run. Hopefully it’ll start feeling better soon!
15 minutes on the treadmill (1 mile run, .3 mile walk)
17 minutes on the AMT
