And I just realized I never posted my workout from yesterday… and I know you’re all SO curious, so here ya go :)
Lifting Circuit (repeat 3 times- SLOW)
Lat Pulldown Machine- 55 lbs, 10 reps
Shoulder Press with 10 lb. dumbbells- 10 reps
Lateral Raise with 10 lb. dumbbells- 10 reps
Bicep curl with 20 lb. bar- 10 reps
Tricep Pressdown- 40 lbs, 10 reps
10 minutes on the rowing machine = KILLER (2,024m)
20 minutes on the Cybex (weird ski-like elliptical)
33 minutes on the AMT (weird stairmaster-like elliptical)
Definitely need to do the rowing machine more often… I really felt like I got an awesome full-body workout AND it doesn’t hurt my knees! Win.
